Cancellation Terms
Reservations
All reservations at Buena Vista Holidays are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted the policies outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the same cancellation charges apply.
Any applicable refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Payment Policy
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Buena Vista Suites reserves the right to pre-authorise or charge the applicable amount in line with the cancellation policy.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of Eur 250 will be required prior to or upon arrival. This will be returned after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation.
